 Wedding Coordinator

We are looking to recruit a wedding coordinator that ensures the smooth and efficient running of weddings within the Conference and Events department at Bishopstrow House in delivering high standards of customer service and care at all times. To support the Conference and Events department and to act as a Custodian of quality service standards and promote to all members of the team throughout the operation.

Demonstrating a flexible attitude and approach in all operational aspects related to the weddings within the Conference and Events Department.

Main duties include, ensuring the departmental budgeted revenues and targets are achieved for weddings, to drive wedding business through show rounds, advertising, third parties, wedding fayres etc, to deliver a high level of customer service to each guest from the point of initial enquiry through to the day of the event, to assist the Conference and Events Manager and Sales team through other administrative duties where required.

Full Time Receptionist

we are currently looking for a full time receptionist who can ensure the day to day operation of the front desk is undertaken and the guest experience is at the highest quality. To deal with the payment of guest bills on a daily basis and to ensure all queries and requests are dealt with satisfactorily. To undertake general administration as requested by the Reception Manager. Main duties would include, ensuring all incoming calls are handled to the correct hotel standard and answered within the required time frame, to liase closely with all departments within the hotel and ensure any concerns regarding their handling of incoming calls are brought to the attention of the relevant departmental manager, to ensure all messages and incoming emails are relayed in the most effective and direct manner, to complete the guest payment of room / restaurant bills on departure and to take appropriate payment and record as necessary.

Commis Chef

As a member of the kitchen team to assist in the running of the Kitchen department or section on a day-to-day basis which will necessitate the delivery of consistent food products in-line with agreed recipes and standards of all menu items. Spa Therapist

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Spa Therapist to join an established team within this luxury spa. You will be responsible for offering high end treatments and have the ability to sell retail products. Ensuring high standards at all times and report directly to the Head Therapist or Spa Manager. Sous Chef
