Award-Winning Head Chef

Meet our incredibly talented Head Chef, Jon Los. He started his multi-award-winning career with us here at Bishopstrow at the age of just 15 during work experience. Having attended the Academy of Culinary Arts, Jon has worked all over the UK building his career and expertise, then returning thirteen years, to a Head Chef role, in a place he now calls home. Over the years, Jon’s family have also worked at Bishopstrow and he even held a senior position in our sister hotel, Homewood Park as a Junior Sous Chef, where he met his wife.

After officially returning to the Mulberry kitchen in 2007, Jon has worked in every possible position in order to understand each role and its importance in creating award-winning cuisine. Jon credits his team as his greatest assets to achieving the most impeccable food.
